This is the work I have been doing on my elko, I diced to cut out all the original holes from the factory a/c unit and weld in fresh flat sheet metal for a smooth fire wall which will look alot better.

You can see the white lines where I cut and the after pics of the new metal that will go in as soon as I can find a welder to use.
